I didn’t realize that I had to check in on line to pick up truck early. I thought the lot was open at my pick up time. Tried for 45 minutes to check in on line and it wasn’t working. Had to wait for the office to check us in. Once that was done we were good to go. It was easy to rent from this location. Will use again if needed.

JACOREY HI wouldn't recommend this pick up location (Shed Gal at 2221 N 99th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85037) because they are not trained enough to handle U-Haul reservations. The reservation was in my name, however they didn't accept my non US-driver license even though I had all the original and physical documents alongside: International driver license and Passport. Plus, me and my wife we had a employee discount and didn't know how to process the discount So we lost the discount and me as a driver for lack of training. Bad experience.
