They charged us $15 for gas, even though it was filled to a half a tank, that same as when we picked it up.

U-Haul management, if you are reading my comment, give me a call and will detail my very bad experience from this location. One thing - the are U-Haul customer representative was very helpful from beginning to end, she stayed on the phone with me till the end.
