Very bad part of town, trash every where and very little parking available. This location is at a gas station with no extra parking. After I parked and started doing pictures of the truck I had to walk next to a dead cat. U-Haul should not be allowed to change drop off locations and still try charging me more for miles when there’s 10 locations a lot closer.

emmett bEmployee interaction was good but the truck that our daughter received had some mechanical or electrical problems. She took it to the 29th St and Indian School location and they swapped it out for another truck which was in great condition and ran well. Overall, it was a good experience.
