I didn't have to interact with personnel so I selected "no".This drop off location was further than one right near me move-to address. Uhaul selected this location because another person made a reservation for this truck at this location. Driving to this location put me 2 miles over my free miles and uhaul tried to charge me for the 2 miles. If I was given the option to drop it right near my house, I would've been under my free mileage and I would've had no further charges. I shouldn't be charged to take a truck to a further Uhaul location for another person's future reservation. This was a convenience for Uhaul, not me, so I shouldn't have to pay!

ANDRES OThe employee was not knowledgeable she lied and said we can drop the truck off at a different location and at the end we were told we couldn’t which made us late and had to put more gas into it . The location was dark and hard to see anything at night No lighting
LAURA SThe woman who helped me was nice but she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so that was definitely a barrier and I assume she didn’t charge me anything extra but I don’t know because I couldn’t understand her and speaking Spanish faster is not going to make me understand it any clearer so that disappointing do I always have to bring a bi-lingual speaker to interpret for me because if so then I should have payed less but ohh well I hope she made all the correct charges and didn’t overcharge me. But I guess I’ll figure it out soon.
JONATHAN ZThe driver’s side door along the front edge has a gap that drives wind into the cab. At highway speed the noise is deafening. While driving, My niece and I were unable to have a conversation unless we yelled.
