Dannier GPickup took two hours as I was forced to go from one location to another to pickup the truck. The initial Arco gas station could not figure out how to unlock my truck and directed me here. Poor training and planning, delayed my moving. Awful, hot morning full of walking from one gas station to the next. It was 95 degrees.
Lanz RAfter returning my U-Haul I received a bill for over $100 stating it was for mileage when I paid at the store before my rental and double checked after I dropped it off to make sure I didn’t owe anything. Plus the mileage charge was incorrect. I went from i17 & Bethany home to 59th Ave and northern and then from there to olive & 53rd Ave twice. Then from olive and 53rd Ave & olive to i17 & Bethany home to drop the U-Haul off and they’re trying to say I went way more miles than I did.
