i don’t think it’s ideal for customers to be let known after they rent the u-haul from this location how they have to pay the 100 mileage right away, there’s no choice to opt out at all and creates an inconvenience for people who aren’t trying to spend that much amount of money on the spot
JOSHLYN Cno one advised me that there was a 24/7 drop off spot. i came on a Sunday to drop off the unit and the gates were locked. i had asked if Sunday was a option and was told yes.
