The location was closed when we dropped off the truck so we didn't interact with the personnel. The drop off instructions were clear and simple.

Easy scheduling, easy pick up, easy drop off. No complaints other than the truck has the suspension of a WW2 tank. Felt like I’d lost a brawl after driving it. But that’s typical, overall, great experience!

DAVID RBoth location and truck were great. The only problem I encountered was with the app because I fat fingered a back button after uploading license photos and I was not able to get back to instructions that was saying something about odometer and how to get the key for the truck and stuff - it took me a while to find out what the code was. I think the app has to use a stack navigation container that would make the back arrow work and instead it's currently a modal or something similar that messes up the navigation history.
