The uhaul website was terrible, very slow. The clerk stated the site is always like this. Uhaul needs to update their site.

MICHELLE YDid not have the trailer that I had reserved even though I received confirmation from u-haul that the trailer was ready. They had rented it to another customer. Had to drive to a different location to pick up the trailer I needed!
THOMAS FI was not given any instructions when picking up the truck nor was i directed to the user agreement for that information.
