Failed to check in equipment . Called and said he would check it in. Lied to me. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get the equipment checked in. I will never use pine river as a drop off or pickup ever again!

RICHARD RTook two days to enter info that the 4x8 u-haul was returned. That cost me an extra day plus a service fee of over $21.
GEORGE ZThe windshield wipers were broken and there was no windshield fluid in it as well and so I was having a very hard time seeing through the windshield of course so just making sure everything is good before the customer leaves on their way.
