I booked online....the people I dealt with in person were great....couldn't have been better. However your system or distribution people caused me 3 extra hours of driving for pickup and return....my truck gets 13 miles to the gallon....plus I missed work time. I will never use uhaul again.

Ray FThis was a private home out in the country. It is not a business. There was no one home when I dropped the truck off at 10 am in the morning. Was told just to leave the truck and keys and to go on line and check the truck in. I tried that but did not have enough phone signal out in the country so left and simply had to hope the owner checked it in.
