Truck was INFESTED with roaches in the cab and in the storage area. We had no choice but to drive 5+ hours with roaches crawling everywhere. There was puddle of fluid in the floorboard and various trash in the cab. I had to purchase raid and large trash bags to try to prevent roaches from getting in my belongings. I spent over an hour killing roaches and bagging my belongings in plastic before I could get on the road.

The pick up location was at a dimly lit residence in Pinehurst that was extremely difficult to find. The lock box was not easy to find and both boxes were empty. Finally found the keys in the truck. The truck was on empty with the gas light on! I was overcharged and still left over half a tank of gas in the truck. I will never use UHaul again or recommend anyone use UHaul either!

John EI booked online....the people I dealt with in person were great....couldn't have been better. However your system or distribution people caused me 3 extra hours of driving for pickup and return....my truck gets 13 miles to the gallon....plus I missed work time. I will never use uhaul again.
