I don't normally leave reviews but..............There was an older man (possibly the owner) sitting at the desk for a few minutes while the female manager stepped away. He was unprofessional, rude, and charged a card for the remaining balance, that I specifically asked him not to, and that I'd wait until the female manager returned, to take the payment from me. He made a mess of the situation but she came back and fixed the problem while remaining professional and kind. Do NOT recommend this location for moving needs!

Nothing I can think of. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The vehicle was clean and handled well for a 6+ hour drive.

MALCOLM LPlace was closed because I returned after hours. Outside was clean and okay.l location is by, this made it very easy to return. I would recommend more outside lighting for those who are returning truck late night
