There is a car wash that is part of the business and the windows were very dirty
JOHN RThe vehicle was dirty inside the cab when I picked it up and then I was billed for cleaning. the initial $29 quote is massively misleading as I was billed $430 for 5hrs of use. I was charged for cleaning, and damage which never occurred. This kind of charge can be construed as fraud. this is completely unacceptable and I will NOT ever recommend using UHaul to anyone .
