The 10' Cargo van was not well maintained, "engine fault" light was always on, due to 2 defects (driver door not close - although the door was completely closed) & the Left Rear Tire pressure not enough (but the tire was normal) Secondly, I waited for more than half an hour before I could get the van, operator said it was due to computer was too old and not upgrade yet.

Kimberley CSuper convenient. Didnt have any issues. Only thing is maybe make sure the renter knows about a text showing up shortly to follow the instructions. However, I did not have any issues even though I did not complete which is fantastic.
Emily LHave the truck filled up and ready to go for departure. Getting a partially filled truck delays the pick up and makes returning more difficult trying to guess how much fuel is required to meet the expected amount.
