How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot happy that I was charged for two days for insurance and the rental. I needed for 9 hrs and didn’t realize that the extra hour counted as an extra day. I rushed around to make sure I was back in time only to be charged more. I should have kept for the additional day I suppose. Not happy at all that I was not told one hour cost me an entire day
