The rear door was open so rain and debris were in the back of the truck. Water was pooled in the truck and food scraps were all through the cab.

There is no lock box at drop off. Your instructions should say leave under door of the store.
Trevor GI requested a dolly and it was missing. More than the location, I was upset that I didn’t choose this location, it was changed to me a day before. I was told this would be a self pick up, but it wasn’t a self pick up.
