Staff were super friendly and helpful at both the Ladysmith and Pitt Meadows offices and the phone staff were super helpful too.
NICOLE BI recommend the place. The guy was friendly and helpful, but the truck was so dirty that I needed to bring it to a car wash to wash it first before I could load my stuff inside.

RICHARD Bgood location but was charged for an extra day as nobody was there when I returned truck and it did not get checked until the next day, had to call Uhaul customer service to get a refund on wrong charges
