Bob failed to inform me how the car trailer worked, that the ramps could slide out from under the car when loading the vehicle because they don't have physical stops that keep the ramps in place. My car was nearly destroyed by this omission. He also failed to explain the folding fender to get out of the car after loading and one tire was very low on air.
