The simple fact that I returned this U-Haul with a full tank and I was still charged $38.00 without knowledge is a scam. I returned this unhaul at a full tank and I have proof! And then all of a sudden I get a receipt for 3/4 of a tank. DOM GULF YOUR DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE CONTACTING YOU VERY SOON AND MY BANK ACCOUNT. I know for a fact I returned that U-Haul with a full tank I literally left back out and went to the gas station right up the street since NONE OF YOURS worked!

What a very nice place and people. I only use u haul. Thank you for great team in all locations I've used.
Doms SThe representative at this location put my time to return the equipment at 7PM on the same day even though I asked for 24 hours. Causing me to have to pay for an extra day. On top of that I got charged double for furniture pads and a dolly that I never requested and also never received anyways. The next day I got a call asking if I was planning to return the equipment even though I had already returned it at the time I was initially supposed to.
LUUK ZThe truck was not clean, there was a smell to the truck. The area it was parked was not easy to get out of the spot. Returning it was a huge pain and I was charged way over what was quoted. Unless I have zero other choice I will not use uhaul again. Customer service was rude. I would not recommend.
KRYSTA BSuper friendly and easy to rent but my truck was FILTHY. It was so dirty inside i was shocked. Steering wheel sticky and receipts and junk from previous renters, floor covered with dirt and food wrappers. The actual transport box interior was full of wood and sticks and stunk of gas or paint fumes. Everyone helping me commented on the smell. I was moving valuable art so I had to sweep and clean the interior out before I could use it safely.
