I rented two dollys, when I picked up the truck they were no where to be found. I was charge for equipment that I never received and I never was refunded. A bunch criminals here.

There was not enough space to park.
morgan rWhen a truck is reserved and the price is stated to pay for the truck. That should be the rental price and if they decide to get the insurance, but no more. I paid a total of $80 plus dollars for the truck that I used and brought it back before my 8 hours were up. I should've gotten back some money for returning the truck back the same cleanliness as I drove off with it.
