There was posted notices arguing against practice of social distancing and wearing face masks. The sign on the door stated. "My freedom does not end where your fears begin". Although I am fairly conservative, I found this type of verbal confrontation aggressive and intimidating for a U-Haul representative.craig B.

Better designation of where to park vehicles after hoursBrien S.
The location wasn't even open. No one was there. I called a month ahead of time and asked if they would be open and I was told yes. I wasn't notified of there being a change and that they would be closed. I didn't receive the utility and furniture dollies that I reserved and was not notified that I wouldn't be receiving them. It's fine that the keys were left in a locked box for me to pick up. HOWEVER, no one ever contacted me with the code nor did a receive an auto email with the code. So I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with 3 Uhaul call representatives to resolve this. HORRIFIC customer experience.Sara B.

I am personally not afraid of getting Covid-19 since the risk to me is quite low. However, the reason that I wear a mask (which the person behind the desk at this facility was not doing ) and practice social distancing is to help check the spread of this virus and keep it from killing hundreds of thousands of elderly persons and individuals with pre-existing conditions. I dad explained to the representative when I had dropped off the vehicle that the left mirror had been broken when I picked up the truck. When I had opened the final invoice The mirror had been charged to my insurance. Still waiting for credit om my blankets I had not received.Scott R.

I was charged late fees when I had already called the office to extend my time with the truck for two more days...when I confronted them they could do nothing but tell me to call Uhaul to dispute the charges! SMH their was also questionable Charge attempts made to my debit card whilst I had the truck, again, the man at the desk could do nothing but exclaim how crazy it was to have happened. The guys at this location were awesome. However, my complaint is for the app/online pickup service. I selected app pickup, but had the employees that helped me not been there, I would not have been able to successfully pick up the truck i reserved. The online pickup option is not at all user friendly, and if two software engineers had trouble navigating it, I can't imagine others finding it easy to use.Sarah D.
The gentleman at this location were very helpful and got me out of there in a hurry. That being said the location you sent me to was way too far from my requested destination. I understand you have the ability to send me wherever but when I have to go 45 minutes to pick it up in 45 minutes just to get started that is unacceptable. Your company needs to figure out a better way of assigning trucks to customers the last three times I've rented each time I've had to go further from my home when there are many U-Haul locations in my area. I'm sure I don't understand the total logistics of it all but there has to be a better way.JOHN M.

The only problem with the Uhaul truck was that we didn't see the oil or grease that was in the back of the truck and it ruined a queen matress and some furniture. It was not properly cleaned out before we got it. I'm filing a complaint.Lori R.

There were a lot of people at the location to pick up a uhaul plus people there to get work done on their cars. The waiting area was very tight, small and stuffy. There was 1 computer to be used, so only one worker was able to assist. Then the 1 computer crashed and wasn't working. All transactions had to be done via phone with the corporate office. This delayed my move by 30-60 minutes.alicia R.
