No one would help. No front desk. You are told you have to do online by yourself. Van was empty with no gas. It was an older van. The check oil light was on and gave the impression the van was not taken care of.

Mike WOnline and sign in process was difficult and did not work on the first go round. Taking photo of license plate did not initially work. I ordered blankets and they were not there. I was charged for the blanket and also for a dolly that I did not order.
