Adam was very wonderful and helpful. I loved the ease of being able to do everything over the phone because our pick-up time was late and Adam was wonderful. However, I do miss a human interaction. I didn’t have that at drop off either. I think having someone there to support, guide and share a conversation with would have been nice. Also my receipt was sent much later than expected. Still a wonderful easy experience.
