The service was above excellent. The customer service employee was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was a very smooth and easy transaction. I was having a stressful day but when I got to pick up the truck the U-Haul professional made the stress disappear. She was friendly and kind. Thank you for people like her.

Plaquemine Self Storage has the absolute worst customer service is the entire world. Thw truck was dirty inside and the trailer should have be deadlined. The associate that works there needs to be fired TODAY! She gave me a auto transport with a strap that was ripped and left for her lunch without assisting me. Plaqumine Self Storeagw needs to SHUT DOWN.

josiah gNo staff to help pictures again would not upload in the app. Had to wait 30 minutes in the heat for customer service to answer the phone . Once they answered drop off was completed in a few minutes. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
