They took over a week to close out my drop off and then they charged me for fuel without evidence that my vehicle was not returned at the same fuel level.

Anthony CThe uhaul was full of ants in the cab and the trailer. We went pickup at 8am as scheduled and the lockbox assigned had no keys. We called uhaul and spent until 9:15am when a storage worker happened to pass by but said she didn’t deal with uhauls and couldn’t help. She saw my frustration and i said we just need keys !!! We were checked in but no keys. She was not happy or helpful but she got the keys for us.
