The pickup/ drop off was excellent but the reservation process online is tedious and cumbersome. If I wanted to buy extra supplies or services I would have done so initially instead of being asked over and over.
AMBER BThe truck was so out of alignment, the wheel had to look like the vehicle was making a sharp turn just to go straight. The oil light was flashing and beeping the whole time.
