Extremely easy return. Very painless.
Michael HMy rental was blocked by other trucks and could not get it out until someone from the location arrive. So I had to wait 40 minutes for that. Once someone arrived, the person in charge was extremely rude and bluntly told me that I was free to complain and report him because he could not care less. After I had to wait for him to move all the trucks obstructing my rental, he did not want to give me the 2 dollies I paid for. I literally had to chase him around asking for his help to get those because they were not in my truck. I had never had such a Horrible and bitter customer service experience.
