Excellent service no issues smooth transaction
David TI didn't have a reservation and they had a trailer available. The check-in process was quick and I was on my way. They couldn't be nicer people.
Edward DNo idea how this happend this wasn't me. Kindly remove me from your database I have rented from U-haul previously but as of 6 years ago my license has been revoked because of seizures. I contacted the dealer and she said it was two Chinease dudes and not to worry about it, I checked my Vias accounts and none end in the numbers associated with the last 4 of the card used, I also called your service and the representative was very responsive and understood and saw how this could have happen, I live approximetly 45 minutes from Plymouth and can not drive and as sure as my name is that shown above I am not oriental.
