JOHN CThis is a completely virtual facility. It took an hour to pick up a prepaid truck. There was nobody to assist us. Some equipment was missing. After many rentals with U Haul next time we will consider another company.
Michael GVery convient, MIDGARD has two facilities within 1.5 miles which is confussing to which drop off location was assigned. Manager accepted the truck even though at the wrong MIDGARD location.
