Get rid of this truck and get a new one. I should ask for money back because this truck was a problem from the start. Thank God it got my daughter moved last night but this truck had issues.
Robert PThe woman who greeted me let her very young child help in hooking up the trailer. This child was also the one who first greeted me when I arrived. Very unprofessional. Not to mention it took that much longer because of a child trying to help. Just unprofessional overall. Not what I am used to from UHaul.

Our dolly wasn’t there, or in the truck and there was no one to ask about it. It took customer support from uhaul to help us get the keys to the truck.
