The woman who greeted me let her very young child help in hooking up the trailer. This child was also the one who first greeted me when I arrived. Very unprofessional. Not to mention it took that much longer because of a child trying to help. Just unprofessional overall. Not what I am used to from UHaul.

Horrible experience.
Austin EThe truck smelled like body odor although it looked fairly clean. We needed help and couldn’t reach the proprietor, although we called theee times. Our dolly wasn’t there, or in the truck and there was no one to ask about it. It took customer support from uhaul to help us get the keys to the truck.
