The manager of the location who's name is Brandy. Blatantly lied about making the reservation she told me that I would receive an email with confirmation yet after 3 days there was no email no confirmation so I called back to the location and spoke to a gentleman who said Brandy had no record in the system of my reservation. The manager Brandy knew she needed my credit card information to confirm the reservation she never even bothered to ask. That should have been my first red flag that this was going to be a problem rental Thank goodness I called back 3 days before I needed the vehicle and spoke to a gentleman who was 100% on top of the situation and even gave me a $26 fuel credit to cover for Brandy's rude behavior she is a horrible manager and she deserves to be fired

We reserved a truck on Thursday, and returned it. Requesting it to be reserved also for the following Sunday afternoon. Somehow the reservation didn't get in and they made it for Saturday through Sunday instead of just Sunday afternoon so we had to start from scratch to rent a new truck on Sunday afternoon

My issue is is that the extra items they had that I have reserved we're not at this location I was never informed and it was never supplied for instance I needed a utility dolly they don't didn't have one at that location so I had to pay more for one of their Appliance dollies. They didn't have the extra moving blankets that I had reserved either
