It rained while pulling the trailer and it leaked on one of my boxes with Christmas presents. Nothing was ruined but the box did not hold the contents. Also some of my blankets covering some furniture also were damp. So the unit I rented leaked .

We dropped off a day earlier & nobody there. Didn’t return full b/c didn’t p/U full! Was charged $28.00 for gas & NOT GIVEN A CREDIT FOR RETURNING ON SUNDAY INSTEAD OF MONDAY. No personnel around so I can’t say Not happy I haven’t been given a day early refund!
