The location was changed on us without notice and took us a long distance out of our way to pick up. The vehicle windshield was dirty and the fuel tank was not full. The contract indicated that the vehicle was 3/4 full when it was less than that.

Thank you, Dwayne For the excellent trailer service. The trailer accomodated our hauling needs. Just a comment, about the *pigtail* Connector from the truck hitch to the trailer..the truck brake lights would not operate properly when the pigtail Connector is connected, but the truck brake lights operate otherwise., And pass the required state inspection performed a day before the trailer rental..could this be an improper pigtail, or something, causing the brake lights malfunction. Any suggestion/s? Thanks, again.

JAMES HI paid for a utility dolly that I never received. I went to pick up my truck in Denton to be told I had to bring it back to Denton then made an appointment in Ponder to get a one way truck. Nobody was there at Ponder location so I called U-Haul and was told I could pick up the dolly in Tyler Tx to only get there and find out nobody was working at that location either. The system was down the whole morning and nobody could help me get the equipment that I PAID FOR! This was by far the most unprofessional business transaction that I have had with any company in years. If this isn’t resolved in 72 hours with a refund of the dolly I never received and a discount on the ridiculous excuse of customer service that I received I will be sharing this story with every Google review and social media platform that I can find.
