Equipment pick up took twice a long as it should have. The same information that had previously been provided was requested again. There was a silly request for 2 references. Why, I've rented from uhaul 4 years ago, had no issues.

Zachary CThe drop off hours were not included on the rental agreement. I had to look up the hours and and realized I needed an after hours drop off. I had to call to arrange after hour drop off. Include drop off hours and instructions for after hours drop off as part of the agreement.
