Easy to work with and polite staff
Jesse FFirst off I did online got to the place of pickup took an hour to get it because they had no idea what they are doing,then there was no utility dolly tha I paid for! Was never told about a deposit before renting until time of pickup still have not received my deposit back or the money for the dolly I rented and never recieved!
ROBIN GSystem crash and person at desk had no idea what he was doing. Took almost an hour to get the truck and I was late for the appointment I needed to use the truck for which then made me late for work.
ANDREW LThey changed my drop of location with my permission which caused me to have to pay an extra $250. They have no idea what they were doing and did not provide a dolly I asked for.
