I was promised & confirmed by email to pick up truck from BROUGHTON storage but it was closed and I was not informed about it. I paid twice amount somewhere else to make movement on 1st day of year . Very bad experience

Elaine GTruck was beyond dirty inside the cab and inside moving box. Water leaking in and dirt in floors - has to buy tarps to lay on floor to protect out items being moved
Shane KI was charged to 2 days of rental when the truck was returned for less than 24hrs of use. Other than that the service was adequate.
