The staff at location attempted to be helpful and were apologetic for delays but not organized and communication could be improved Appreciate having a location to get a uhaul truck but not the smoothest experience.

Donna HWhen I picked up the truck, the gas was just over half full. The tank should have been full since it's nearly impossible to ensure that the same amount of gas was in it when I returned it. I returned it with more gas than what it had when I picked it up and although I was charged almost $100 extra for mileage, I did not receive any credit for returning it with more gas. Given today's prices, this is extremely frustrating and I would say a scam and I am quite upset. Customers should pick up their rental with a full tank of gas and return it with a full tank.
Richard GWhen I picked up the truck the floor where the pedals are was covered in mud. When I dropped it off, I used a broom to dust it out as best I could.
