Hi they have provided me u-haul 15’ ft but I requested 10’ ft during reservation due to which I experienced inconvenience as well as because I was moving from Vancouver island 15 ft U-haul made my trip really expensive as I had to pay extra charges of $100 in the ferry due to its size and with that there was wastage of time as welI as had to change my ferry time slot this made my trip very inconvenient. Based on my review the service was really bad and I didn’t liked it and I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

james sThis location on Redford had a poor rating, so I chose the Cherry Creek location. It was switched by UHaul to this one on Redford anyway. I tried phoning several times and no one picked up or called me back. My brother had to do a couple of back and forths walking from where the truck was parked and where the employee was working at the PetroCan due to the employee being a block away. He appeared to be inebriated on Marijuana. I ordered 2 dollies and only 1 was provided. Not the best experience and I have used UHaul a few times now and this was the least pleasant experience.
Jonathan WThe staff were not helpful, the place to return the equipment in Port Alberni was terrible! I had to remind the person where to look. I was charged $1.00 per km extra not $0.62 per km. For the extra km. And there was no credit for having double the gas left in the truck from when I received it, just an extra $16.75 for extra mileage! Very poor.
