We sat outside for an hour waiting for them to open and return at 10 like we said we would. After an hour and trying to call I finally called 1800 uhaul and she talked me through returning it since no one was there to open the store. There was other ppl in line also waiting to pick something up. Very bad customer service there. Lady over the phone was very helpful
