Switched pick up location 40 minutes away. Very inconvenient. They did compensate us but closer location would have been preferred
DAVID MExcellent service, fast and easy.
Nestor GDrivers door on truck had to be slammed to fully latch, drivers seat belt did not retract when buckled in, tie down rails in back had broken bolts so cargo could not be properly tied down in the rear of the box.
STEPHEN MTruck was beat up not real clean. Put in for a hand truck it was not in truck but was charged for it. Called on Saturday at 8:15 am did not answer left message to call me and they never called. The truck did what i needed to do so worked out ok.
