I would like to give a big shout out to Rafael at Florida truck parts. My Rental process from beginning to end was a very pleasant experience. Raphael was very knowledgeable, efficient, and gave me service with a smile. A smile I could actually hear through the phone. So when I returned the truck and met him face to face, it was nice to put a smile to a face. Top notch customer service! Please give him a big high five! He deserves all 5 stars!
