The truck I rented still had a foam mattress inside, it clearly wasn't checked beforehand. Hardly any fuel was in the tank either. Way too expensive as well. This isn't the U-Haul I used to know that's for sure. I doubt I'll come back. The gentleman was nice but I think the fact that it's a convenience store where I picked up the vehicle hurts the overall experience. He has his own store duties to do plus the U-HAUL duties. It's a bit much.
