Great location and overall good experience
Jeffery GLocation owner wasn’t present at scheduled pickup time. Waited for over 30 minutes after having to call U-Haul a couple times. When he did arrive he treated me like I was to blame and very rude. Did not apologize. Then he made me go through the entire registration process which I already made sure to do online the day before , wasting more of my time. For drop off - He changed the times on the form to a 8 drop off instead of the originally scheduled 9am. Had to rush over to get it there in time. He said I would get a $38 credit for filling to quarter tanks but only got I think $20? Horrible man, horrible location. Dirty and rude.

Safdar ZThe truck was on empty when we were told there was more fuel in it. We took pictures of the fuel gage with the milage before and after but the gentleman basically said we weren't being truthful even though we had pictures.
