The place is weird and i dont know why the person that rented us the truck kinda almost scammed us for a $100 as well. He mentioned it was a deposit, it was a first that i heard that from uhaul. In the end we ended up not having that deposit. The truck that we got here as well smelled like urine all over, especially in the driver and passenger compartment. On top of that, the battery of the truck died the next day, good thing it was still in the parking lot. No lights were left open for the truck which confused me why it’s battery died. We had no choice but to take this truck as it was a short notice from uhaul that it was the only one available.

Very easy set up would recommend

Robert PShow all costs up front. There were two charges, one for something called "comfort" or something like that for $ 5.99 and an environmental charge of $1.00 Otherwise all good as expected.
David BMy pickup was shifted the day before the pickup from close to home to a $50 Uber drive to this sketchy motel a half hour drive from my house. Proprietor was not very nice. They also had 0 blankets when I had reserved 24. Very disappointing - you need to do better U-Haul.
