Truck wasn't dirty, engine lights were on. Booked the rental for 8 hours starting at 9 am and there was no one at the location to pick it up - had to wait for them to get there and load their systems. Pickup didn’t happen until 10 and then I was told I couldn't have the 8 hours that I booked it for.

JEFFREY LTrailer i initially reserved was behind a snow mound and full of snow. They gave me the bigger motorcycle trailer for same price which was awesome, but it was filthy. Had frozen construction debris in it. This location is normally pretty good, so I will gladly rent again there, but they need to make last customer clean up after themselves or to clean it out before renting again.
