Oh I'm sorry miles … what should of cost 250 tops Costed me almost 400, girl at counter, no printer, no parking, what the actual ?? Never again will I be using uhaul. Truck needs work something is wrong with transmission
Tania F.I was told that the key for the truck is the same key that works on a pad lock that was attached to the truck. We locked up the truck with the padlock that was provided and then we found out the key provided is not compatible with the padlock. We were locked out on moving day. It significantly delayed my move, and I had to pay for movers who couldn't do anything. I am still waiting for the location to take accountability and provide a refund.
