Refused assistance because they were on break. Wanted me to wait 30 minutes for them to complete their break
TONYA SWhen I reserved the equipment online, I was only given a return option in Panama City. I was in Port St. Joe, FL. I found a return option in Port St. Joe. I was told to call an 800 # to change my reservation drop off. I was given the run around and it felt like I had to fight to get them to agree to drop it off in Port St. Joe.
ANDREW AEquipment was ready and staff was efficient. Their slow computer system being the only drawback.
