I had my UHaul scheduled on a Saturday for pick up at 9:00 am. Business hours at this location are 9:00-5:00 on Saturday. I arrived at 9:00 and it was not open. Someone finally arrived around 9:20 and I didn't leave with my truck & equipment until approximately 9:40 (I had already checked in online).
