I was told the fuel was at 3/4 of a tank, it was well below that. That was fine, I should have said something to her. I was not able to see the mileage when I got in the truck. There was a warning to check something, and the oil light was on. drove from the location to a house 5.5 miles away to an apartment 6 miles from the house then back to drop off at an apartment which was 1.5 miles away from the uhaul location. I dropped it off a half hour earlier then I reserved it for. They are saying I drive 22 miles. I believe they fudge the mileage and gas numbers to get more money. It is very shady snd I don’t appreciate that.

JOHN WThe agent was rude and misleading. I had to switch to a different vehicle because the drivers side mirror was cracked and I was unable to see through it. I let her know she should not be trying to rent a vehicle in that terrible condition which she then got mad at me and acted like there was nothing wrong with her doing so. After that I had to ask her to explain different policies to me with the rental because she never offered it. She continued to act like I was disturbing her for asking and at that time she started upsetting me as well. I took the vehicle and left and then when I got back I was sent a bill by her that was ridiculous to say the least. I had the rental a couple of days and only drove it around town to move some things from my storage shed to my home and she stated I put over 300 miles on it. I could not have put more than 100 miles on it and I have no plans on paying that ridiculous bill. Just like the way I was treated there was ridiculous the bill she sent me was the same. I will never go back there and I have quit using UHaul because of this and I was a frequent customer.

Jose PWent to pick up truck. No one at location. Called, they said said “sorry” have to go to a different location. Location #2, no one there. Called , “someone will be there in 15-20 minutes”. This delayed the rental by an hour and half. When moving, every bit of the day is important. This caused me to miss a delivery that was coordinated at my destination! Man All Your locations U-Haul !
