For awareness purposes this is a satellite Uhaul location, I did need to call customer service at this location for location instructions and received friendly and helpful assistance.
JACQUELINE GWas not told this was a parking lot in a strip mall and you had to call a # and wait for an employee to show up to hook up the trailer to your vehicle. Got lucky that the previous renter returned their equipment on time or would have been waiting or going somewhere else.
