This was a parking lot with a couple of other trucks and a wooden post labeled U-Haul drop off your keys here. No staff available to assist
brad bWas worried about the location, since it is unmanned. Saw truck easily from road. Had to call ph # to get key access in lock box. Woman on phone was not very pleasant and got upset at my not understanding instructions since I was on the car ph and I was relaying instructions to someone else. U-haul app also wasn't working very well and it froze, so pictures of the license, etc weren't processed. Overall, this location worked, but it wasn't the location I requested for pickup.
PAULINE SCustomer service never let me know that this location was a remote location, no staff there to assist, you had to download the app, which no one told me.
