There was anyone to talk to, but it was clear you had to put the keys in the drop box. It was a little confusing at first because the area doesn't look like a U-Haul drop-off location. The app gave me trouble as well! Wouldn't load.

Patricia PThe mobile check in was complicated and not fast . I had issues downloading pictures during the process . I ordered a dolly and a furniture dolly and they were not in the truck . Nobody contacted me in advance to let me know which made the move complicated.

Juliet GWould like to commend the two men that helped unload and load the truck. They were exceptional. Doing so to get information to do so is ridiculously hard to do. That’s a shame as they worked very hard and were very professional.
