The agent was rude and misleading. I had to switch to a different vehicle because the drivers side mirror was cracked and I was unable to see through it. I let her know she should not be trying to rent a vehicle in that terrible condition which she then got mad at me and acted like there was nothing wrong with her doing so. After that I had to ask her to explain different policies to me with the rental because she never offered it. She continued to act like I was disturbing her for asking and at that time she started upsetting me as well. I took the vehicle and left and then when I got back I was sent a bill by her that was ridiculous to say the least. I had the rental a couple of days and only drove it around town to move some things from my storage shed to my home and she stated I put over 300 miles on it. I could not have put more than 100 miles on it and I have no plans on paying that ridiculous bill. Just like the way I was treated there was ridiculous the bill she sent me was the same. I will never go back there and I have quit using UHaul because of this and I was a frequent customer.

Jose PWent to pick up truck. No one at location. Called, they said said “sorry” have to go to a different location. Location #2, no one there. Called , “someone will be there in 15-20 minutes”. This delayed the rental by an hour and half. When moving, every bit of the day is important. This caused me to miss a delivery that was coordinated at my destination! Man All Your locations U-Haul ! Co better..

RICARDO MI had my UHaul scheduled on a Saturday for pick up at 9:00 am. Business hours at this location are 9:00-5:00 on Saturday. I arrived at 9:00 and it was not open. Someone finally arrived around 9:20 and I didn't leave with my truck & equipment until approximately 9:40 (I had already checked in online).
