When I rented the truck the gas was half a tank not full tank. I returned it at a quarter tank but I was charged for a full tank of gas. Why?
Eduardo PThe drop off location was switched on me less than 24 hours before the agreed drop off time, and I was not notified. Then I was given the wrong address for the different drop off location. There was no signage on how or where to make the return, and there was no receipt for the return - the rep simple said "just give me the key"

TERRI AI have rented a lot of trailers from multiple Uhaul locations in many different locations. I have never been to one that is not properly staffed until this rental. Uhaul always connects the trailers and then verifies everything is good to go. The woman today flagged down a passing commercial truck to put the trailer on the hitch for her and talked another customer into unhooking it after she made me leave and come back an hour later to detach it. Find someone who can do the actual job.
