Went there to pick the truck up at nine in the morning nobody was there waited around nobody showed up had to call the 800 number they got me the key from a box and a truck so now that was very dissatisfactory somebody needs to be fired

DO NOT COME HERE. We scheduled a cargo van for 12 o’clock to 4 o’clock. We arrived and no one was inside besides two small children. No parents were present until we waited at the window for about 5 minutes and a woman came to help us. We got the van and noticed that the mileage on the odometer was 300 over what it said on our paper. Weird. So we go back up to get it fixed and it wasn’t until 12:30 was our issue resolved. We took our pictures of the van and that the gas was a little under a quarter tank. We didn’t even use the full estimated 20 miles we thought we would drive and still put $15 in it before we dropped it off. Looking at the receipt sent to my email this morning I was charged for 18 gallons of gas. My total for a cargo van for four hours should have been $63 and I have now been charged $169. Very unprofessional and clearly just some cons trying to make a quick buck.
Julian LWe had a little problem with the check in not registering in the computer but i was alerted via txt and the lady that helped, handled everything over the phone and was very prompt in reaching back out to me and fully handling the situation.
LISA MThe store was closed so we waited 30 mins and finally someone showed up. We reserved a hand truck but they dos not have one. I wouldn’t have rented from this location if I would have known that.
Dana GThe place had a sign on the door that said they were closed due to non payment of the lease. The uhaul lady on the phone told us to take it there and they had no one there so she told us to just leave keys in the truck and she’ll make a note And tell thier corporate company. Uhaul is poorly mangaged annd handled all around. Very port communication. Went to two locations before that to return this truck and they both turned us away because they had no room after we booked them. No text or emails sent out saying they couldn’t take the truck. Only after we got there were we told no. Had to waste gas driving around finding a new place.we won’t be using uhaul again with this experience.
