Great convenient location, easy in and out. But the vehicle gas was on empty, literally. I returned it with $100 more gas in it than I picked it up with, at a half tank as there was no way to run it all out before brining it back. I provided receipt. I reasonably expected a credit for the extra gas which I provided receipt for since it never should have been rented to me empty. cashier got the uhaul rep on phone that told me basically told me tough. Since I work at the shop, I would never want a customer to be treated like that. I am disappointed that when this happened, I was treated so poorly by the uhaul rep, not the staff at sprinkle laundry. I should have received a credit for the gas I obviously returned it in so you did not have to rent it out again on empty as you did to me. So I guess I will say "Youre welcome for your free half tank of gas" at my expense Uhaul. You should have given me a courtesy credit since you charged the prior customer for the gas and didnt apply it toward filling it up before I picked up my reservation.
richard sGreat communication. Highly recommend.
Natalie HThe person helping was trying her best, but the computer was not connecting to the wifi. Even after connecting to a hotspot, connectivity was slow and took a long time to check in. The program used made her go through the entire contract all over again. She said they were supposed to have a printed copy of the contract, but then the printer wouldn't connect and print. I finally told her we can't hang out waiting for them to figure out the printer issue, so we ended up leaving without her printing the copy she was supposed to keep. Then the lockboxes containing the truck keys were not labeled, so she had to open all 4 of them in order to find our key. All in all, it took about half an hour to pick up the truck when we had already registered everything online and were the only people waiting. The truck worked just fine. The worker was very polite and apologetic, and none of this was her fault. We all work with computers and have been there! I don't know if this was a one off or not, but these systems should run much more smoothly than they did that morning
